We welcome all of your questions, comments and suggestions. Most questions about dropshipping, shipping, and returns can be answered by reviewing the pages in the links. During business hours (M-F 9am-4pm) we generally reply within an hour. Please allow up to 12 hours outside those times, or 24 hours if you send an email over a weekend.

A lot of people ask why we do not have a customer service phone number. We only take orders through our website to keep costs low. Hiring a phone staff costs money which would require increasing our prices. If you are a new customer and would like to speak to someone before you order you may email us your phone number and we will call you. All customer service and questions are generally handled by email. Also, be sure to include your order number if you have a question or issue with an order. Thanks!!
